Fall SPORTS
Signups for Fall Sports (Boys and Girls Soccer, Field Hockey, Cross Country and Volleyball) will be held on Thursday, September 2nd and Friday September 3rd outside the cafeteria during lunch. Please signup at this time. Forms will be available, if required.
Practices are immediately after school and will begin September 8, 2010, subject to the determination of each of the coaches and the weather.
New athletic permission forms are required. They should be completed and GIVEN TO THE RESPECTIVE COACH on the first day of practice/tryout. Do not forward these athletic permission forms to the the school office or nurse.
Physicals need to be current within 13 months of participation and must be valid for the full season. Physicals may be mailed to the school, attention Nursing Office. Beginning this year, only one physical form is required for both school and sports. These forms will be available on the Middle School website under FORMS.
