Welcome to the magical world of English!

Eighth grade English is a comprehensive English course stressing writing and literature. Units of study may include an introduction to Greek mythology, persuasive writing, study of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing or an in-depth study of a novel; and an exploration of visual text; the skills of spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and usage are integrated into the study of writing as well as being stressed individually.
