Glogster Project
Assignment: Using Glogster, you will create an online poster museum exhibit about one cultural aspect of either the Maya, Aztec or Inca civilization.
Due Dates:
Glogster project must be completed and published by the end of Late Bus (3 pm) on Monday, December 6th, 2010.
Your poster must include the following:
1. Title of both the civilization and topic
2. Graphics – At least four Graphics that are related to the topic/purpose of your Glog, they should be cropped and sized, are of high quality and enhance reader interest or understanding.
3. Links – At least two links point to high quality, up-to-date, credible sites related to your topic / purpose.
4. Sounds – At least two music, audio clips and/ or sounds are thoughtfully edited and used only where they add to reader understanding of the content.
5. Content - The Glog has a well-stated clear purpose and topic that is carried out throughout the Glog.
6. Learning of Material - The student has an exceptional understanding of the material included in the Glog. Student can easily answer questions about the content and procedures used to make the Glog.
7. Appearance - Colors of background, fonts, unvisited and visited links form a pleasing palette, do not detract from the content, and are consistent across pages.
8. Video - Video clips are thoughtfully edited and used only where they add to reader understanding of the content.
9. Your name somewhere on the Glog
10. Source Citations

Then, click on Login in the upper right corner.
Since Glogster does not have a spell-check tool, make sure you carefully proof-read your text. Type out your content in Microsoft Word first, then copy and paste the text onto your Glog.
Insert the following elements in this order:
- First: Wall background Second:
- Third: Text (Your content)
- Fourth: Pictures / images
- Fifth: sounds
- Sixth: videos
- Seventh: links
- Eighth: Don’t forget your name
- Ninth: finally - source citations
