Mathematics with Mr. Hawkins
Math- For the week of April 19, period 2 will be continuing work in chapter 7, working with identifying the parts of and simplifying variable expressions. They will then be applying these skills to solving variable equations. In all other periods students will be graphing points in a coordinate plane and learning how to graph using a graphing calculator. In this endeavor, students will be working on a project that will require them to design a picture, develop coordinate points and to reproduce the picture on a graphing calculator. The paper phase of this project will be due on Friday, April 23 and the calmulator phase will be due on Wednesday, April 28
