Homework: Slavery Poetry Multi-Media Project Prep Assignment:  Write either a poem or set of lyrics about slavery.  Demonstrate both your knowledge of the topic and your empathy for the individuals affected by slavery.  On Thursday, you will use iMovie to illustrate your poem with images and audio.

Slavery Multi Media Project:  Students have written a poem or lyrics about slavery.  Working in pairs they will choose one of their poems and create an iMovie multi-media project using image and audio to illustrate their poem / lyrics.
