Overview of Curriculum This Week:
In English class students will begin exploring how to incorporate quality descriptive details in their writing. We will begin by reading examples of literature that exemplify succesful descriptive details. Students will practice including details in their writing as the week progresses, which will prepare them for a mini-project that will come within the next few weeks. We will continue practicing sentence diagraming.
